Applied AI Engineer

Help build the AI-native operating system for mental healthcare at Moods AI, a B2B platform designed for mental healthcare institutions. Work directly on the development of AI layers for clinical applications, developing features that genuinely impact patient care.

• Develop AskMoods further: our RAG-based clinical knowledge assistant with multi-source retrieval
• Build agentic workflows that genuinely give clinicians their time back
• Run LLM orchestration via Azure AI Foundry including evaluation, observability and cost control
• Design AI features that comply with ISO 27001 / NEN-7510 and the healthcare context
• Contribute to decisions on architecture, model choice and product direction

• Strong engineering foundation: TypeScript/Node
• Comfortable with Next.js/tRPC/Prisma/PostgreSQL
• Proven production experience with LLMs: RAG, evals, tool use, agent frameworks
• Understand the difference between a demo and a product that runs 24/7
• Pragmatic and fast, ownership-driven
