Expert/Lead React Developer

For a client in capital markets, we are building an agile team to develop a centralized mid- and back-office platform. The frontend is a modern SPA built with React and TypeScript, serving as a dashboard for monitoring document generation.

• Develop frontend applications using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Collaborate with in-house application development teams responsible for payment processing, collateral management, accounting, and regulatory reporting
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development and release environment, tooling, and processes
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional global teams

• 6–7+ years of experience in frontend/UI development using HTML5, CSS, React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Proven experience leading a small development team
• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript as the primary development stack
• Experience working with global teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience improving development environments, tooling, and delivery processes
• Experience working in Scrum and following Agile best practices
• English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level
