Test Expert

SEIDOR is seeking a Test Expert to join their team working with European Institutions in a near-site position in Warsaw. The role involves testing, test management, and test automation for software validation.

• Develop test plans and test cases in alignment with business requirements.
• Set up test environments and execute test scripts, ensuring thorough validation of software functionality.
• Provide comprehensive documentation on test execution and defects.
• Collaborate with development and system teams to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
• Conduct performance testing, security testing, and stress testing.
• Use automation tools (e.g., Playwright) to enhance testing efficiency.
• Develop scripts for test automation and assist in debugging.
• Maintain detailed records of test cases, results, and defects.
• Provide technical support to teams, offering detailed reports on test status and trends.
• Assist in analyzing functional and technical system design for testability.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure comprehensive testing and defect resolution

• At least 5 years of IT experience in testing.
• Proven experience in application testing, including functional, regression, performance, and stress testing.
• Hands-on experience with creating SQL queries
• Experience with testing using Azure Devops Test Plans
• Hands-on experience with testing SharePoint based applications
• Proficiency in designing and implementing test environments and plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with coding in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• At least one of the following is mandatory: ISTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalent internationally recognized certification in test management.
