Senior AI Developer (Coming Soon!)

We are proactively building a pool of qualified candidates for anticipated hiring needs. The Senior AI Developer will play a key role in building and shipping enterprise-grade AI products, designing end-to-end AI system architectures and implementing them in production code.

• Design end-to-end AI system architectures (e.g., Agent-based systems) and implement core components in production code.
• Build, test, and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, including GraphRAG and emerging approaches (e.g. OmniRAG).
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that integrate AI models into real workflows.
• Write and maintain Python code daily, using Azure’s AI SDK and cloud-native services.
• Implement AI-powered workflows such as: Document digitization and classification, Data vectorization and semantic search, Content generation and summarization.
• Prepare, structure, and validate training and evaluation datasets with production constraints in mind.
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Help raise the bar for engineering quality across the team through example.
