GROWTH SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Joko is a tech company that helps consumers shop smarter through cashback, coupons, price alerts, and an AI-powered shopping assistant. They are seeking a Growth Software Engineer to drive user growth and business impact through fast experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Growth experimentation: Design, build, and ship experiments across the full user journey from onboarding to retention
• Engagement & product complexity: Work on ambitious features like gamification, personalization, and cross-feature engagement
• AB testing & data-driven development: Build and run AB tests at scale, instrument features for measurement
• Fast prototyping: Move quickly, put prototypes in front of users, gather feedback, and iterate
• Cross-functional collaboration: Bridge between business, product, and technical stakeholders
• International expansion: Adapt the product to new markets and help infrastructure scale across geographies

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a B2C product
• Track record of shipping features end-to-end in a production environment used by hundreds of thousands of users
• Builder's mindset: loves building things that move metrics
• Full-stack spirit: comfortable across front, back, and infra
• Deeply data-driven: instruments code, designs experiments, uses data to validate hypotheses
• Fast learner: quickly gets up to speed on new domains and constraints
• Problem solver: brings creative, practical solutions to complex problems
• Drive and ownership: accountable for outcomes, not just outputs
• Team player: works closely with Product, Design, and Data
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
