Software Engineer

Piper Companies is hiring a Software Engineer for an award-winning company located in the Raleigh-Durham Area. The role involves building and maintaining backend endpoints and front-end applications, analyzing system slowdowns, and adding unit tests.

• Build and maintain backend endpoints and front-end application screens.
• Analyze system slowdowns and improve overall software efficiency.
• Investigate issues in the codebase and implement effective fixes.
• Add unit tests and contribute to broader test automation coverage.
• Write and maintain documentation for both internal teams and external users.

• 2-5 years of full stack engineer experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Proficient in JavaScript, React/ReactJS, Node, Typescript, and AWS
• Experience in relational database and error troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases

• $115,000-$135,000 salary
• 10% bonus
