Solution Architect – Java & Angular

A2G Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications built on Java and Angular technologies. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-performing cloud-native solutions.

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for Java and Angular-based applications
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems for airline business functions
• Architect microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
• Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technology selection
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to backend and frontend teams
• Mentor developers and technical leads on architecture patterns and best practices
• Guide development of responsive and user-friendly applications using Angular
• Oversee backend services development using Java-based frameworks
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and external systems
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate airline functional requirements into technical solutions
• Align architecture with business goals and operational needs
• Establish and enforce best practices in coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, security and compliance, observability and monitoring, performance optimization
• Review and enhance system architecture for high availability and resilience
• Drive continuous improvement in system design
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in effort estimation, roadmap planning, and release governance
• Support delivery teams throughout the software lifecycle.

• Strong experience in Java-based backend development (e.g., Spring Boot, microservices architecture)
• Solid experience with Angular for frontend development
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments
• Expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
