UI / Frontend / React JS - Architect - Full time

We are seeking an experienced Lead Frontend Software Architect to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical, real-time Trading and Risk Management applications. The role involves collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance applications supporting real-time decision-making.

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of real-time Trading and Risk Management UI applications.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate directly with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and other business stakeholders to translate complex trading workflows into scalable, user-friendly applications.
• Design responsive, high-performance frontend applications with a strong focus on usability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Establish and promote best practices for frontend architecture, code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience developing software within the financial services industry, preferably in front-office trading or risk management environments.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with close interaction between technology and business teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript
• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5 / CSS3
• Expert-level proficiency in Browser APIs
• Deep understanding of React architecture, component design patterns, state management, and modern JavaScript design patterns.
• Experience implementing automated UI testing using frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
