The BMW Group is a leading premium manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles, and a provider of premium financial and mobility services. The Connected Engineering IT initiative seeks to shape the future of work in the vehicle development process. As a project management intern, you will support budget forecasting, planning, controlling, and coordination activities within this major IT project.

• Support the creation of the Q3 2026 forecast by helping to update, align, and prepare all budget indicators according to guidelines.
• Assist in budget planning for the following year by gathering information from planning departments and structuring it uniformly.
• Support year-end steering to allocate financial resources according to the forecast.
• Help with continuous budget control through analysis and presentation of target/actual comparisons from systems like PowerPoint and Excel, and data maintenance.
• Support the implementation and evaluation of benefit measurements to ensure effective use of resources.
• Gather practical experience in preparing, conducting, and following up on agile rituals where business departments and IT implementation come together.
• Learn one of BMW's central scheduling tools (iP3) and ensure central schedules are always up to date.
• Act as a central coordinator for selected committees, helping to prepare regular project meetings.

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs.
• Grundlegende Erfahrungen im Controlling und eine Affinität zu Zahlen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 inklusive Copilot, Atlassian Confluence und Jira sowie KI-Tools wie GitHub Copilot und n8n.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Analyse und Konsolidierung von Daten sowie zur Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen.
• Sehr strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur effektiven Interaktion mit Teammitgliedern und Stakeholdern.
