MED-EL is a leading manufacturer of implantable hearing solutions. The role involves creating software for medical devices, developing studies, and documentation. The position requires a degree in computer science or related field and experience with C# and .NET.

• Creating and implementing software for data communication in medical devices
• Designing and developing studies for active implantable devices and conducting tests on patients with implants
• Development documentation according to our quality management system and cooperation in the worldwide product approval processes
• Cooperation and exchange with other internal departments as well as Occasional support of intraoperative monitoring
• National and international traveling required occasionally

• Bachelors' degree or higher degree (University, FH) in computer science, medical engineering, biomedical engineering, physics or similar background
• Good knowledge in object-oriented programming and state of the art software design principles, as well as experience with C# and .NET; knowledge in Matlab or Python is a plus
• Experiences with electrophysiological recordings and biological signal processing is desirable
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Communicate personality and team player mentality

• Permanent full-time post 38,5 hours per week
