- Minimum three years of professional experience building, shipping and operating web applications in production, ideally in a product-oriented role.

- Experience establishing or maintaining documentation and knowledge-management practices.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React with production experience of Next.js or a comparable React framework.
- Working knowledge of Node.js back-end development, REST APIs and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Proficiency with prototyping and design tools such as Figma, and with web accessibility standards including WCAG and/or RGAA.
- Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Comfort working in Linux environments including application deployment and command-line usage.
- Familiarity with collaboration and documentation platforms such as Confluence and Jira, and with Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of PHP and Symfony would be a strong asset.
- Knowledge of automated testing practices such as Vitest, Jest or Playwright, or of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, would be an asset.
