Head of Product

Inception-1 is a fast-growing product company creating AI-driven products that help people feel more connected. They are looking for a Head of Product to lead web-based AI companionship products, drive product strategy, and improve retention and monetization.

• Own product strategy and execution in alignment with company goals.
• Monitor and optimize product performance using a data-driven approach.
• Drive monetization through subscriptions and in-app purchases
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, design, and analytics.
• Continuously improve product management processes and team effectiveness.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and innovation.
• Run A/B tests and implement insights to boost engagement and retention.
• Support growth through new feature rollouts and market expansion.

• 5+ years in product management with experience in leadership roles.
• Experience in subscription-based business model
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and research.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Bias for action, passion for growth, and ownership mentality.
