Java Developer/Java FullStack

The Sr Software Engineer will design and deliver robust microservices and data driven solutions using Java, SQL, and JavaScript for complex enterprise applications in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on building scalable services, improving performance, ensuring reliability, and mentoring peers.

• Design scalable microservices that support high availability and performance for complex enterprise applications
• Develop robust backend services in Java adhering to clean coding standards and modular design principles
• Implement efficient SQL queries and database structures that optimize read and write operations
• Build intuitive user facing features using JavaScript that integrate with backend microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and quality engineers
• Review existing services and database interactions to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize
• Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests for microservices and data access layers
• Document service contracts, data models, and technical decisions
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, planning, and retrospectives
• Monitor application health by analyzing logs and metrics and proactively address defects and incidents
• Ensure secure coding practices across Java, SQL, and JavaScript components
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
• Coordinate with operations and infrastructure teams to prepare services for deployment in hybrid environments
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Design and develop scalable and efficient software solutions using Java Springboot and React
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Hands-on development experience with strong focus on Java-based backend systems and service-oriented architectures
• Advanced proficiency in designing and implementing microservices
• Strong command of SQL including schema design, indexing strategies, and query optimization
• Solid experience with JavaScript for building interactive user interfaces or service integrations
• Practical knowledge of agile development practices
• Familiarity with version control systems, build tools, and testing frameworks
• Experience working in hybrid work models and collaborating effectively with distributed teams
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React with hands-on experience in developing complex applications
