Head of Operations

dNovo Group is a Toronto-based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Paid Media, Web Design, AI Search Optimization, Content Marketing, and Reputation Management. The Head of Operations will lead agency operations, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

• Lead Agency Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure on-time delivery, mentor Account Managers and Project Managers, improve workflows, monitor team capacity, oversee website launches and technical projects, and build scalable systems.
• Build Strong Client Relationships: Serve as trusted advisor for key accounts, lead client meetings and strategy sessions, resolve escalated issues, and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive Business Growth: Conduct discovery calls, understand client goals, recommend digital marketing solutions, develop strategic plans and proposals, and support upselling and cross-selling.
• Partner with the CEO: Execute company goals and strategic initiatives, improve performance and profitability, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

• 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• 2+ years leading Account Managers, Project Managers, or client delivery teams in an agency environment.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AI Search Optimization, Paid Media, website development, WordPress, website launches, and digital marketing strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
