Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) is an AI productivity platform seeking Full Stack Software Engineers to build AI agents and end-to-end product experiences. The role involves developing full-stack AI agents, connector capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Start building and pushing code in your first week and ship impactful features in your first few months.
• Build full-stack AI agents that complete valuable, role-specific workflows across the tools customers use every day.
• Develop end-to-end experiences for agent workflows, from triggers and context gathering to user interactions and completed actions.
• Build and deepen connector capabilities—including reads, writes, authentication, administration, and observability—to support high-value customer workflows
• Prototype new agent experiences, test them with users, and use feedback and data to guide product and technical decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to translate real customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Help establish reusable technical foundations and engineering practices that accelerate the development of future agents.
• Embrace a data-driven and experimentation-first culture.
