Middle Power Apps Engineer

Seeking an Intermediate Power Apps Engineer to build business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Design, develop, and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps
• Build cloud flows for approvals, notifications, data processing, and system integrations
• Create and support Power Automate Desktop flows for repetitive desktop and legacy-system tasks
• Connect solutions to Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other business systems
• Gather requirements, document designs, test solutions, and support releases
• Troubleshoot failures, monitor flow performance, and improve existing automations
• Apply security, data governance, and Power Platform development standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end users

• 2–4 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud, and Power Automate Desktop
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, connectors, and API integrations
• Experience handling errors, logging, and troubleshooting automated workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Microsoft Power Platform certification, such as PL-400 or PL-500 is an advantage
• Experience with solution packaging, environment management, and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Power Fx, SQL, or Azure services is a plus
