Java Full Stack Developer

Seeking a Specialist with hands-on experience in Java and React to design, develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications with expertise in core Java, multithreading, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS and investment banking domain knowledge.

• Lead development initiatives within the ReactJavaCloud Native skill cluster
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and gRPC services to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems
• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to support CICD pipelines and automate deployments using Kubernetes and AWS
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on Core Java, ReactJS, Kafka and cloudnative best practices
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to security compliance standards and best practices in application development
• Optimize application performance and scalability based on monitoring and feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain high system availability
• Apply investment banking domain knowledge particularly in risk management to align technical solutions with business needs
