Senior Product UX/UI Designer – SaaS, Web & Motion

Teraleads is a digital marketing and technology agency seeking a Senior Product UX/UI Designer to own the UX/UI of their SaaS CRM platform, design web and mobile applications, and work across motion and marketing design. This is a fully remote role.

• Own and improve the UX/UI of Zoie CRM, our SaaS CRM platform
• Design dashboards, workflows, forms, reports, communication tools, pipelines, settings, and other CRM features
• Design intuitive experiences for web and mobile applications
• Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma
• Translate complex product requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Identify UX problems and proactively recommend improvements
• Conduct usability reviews and refine designs based on feedback and user behavior
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, components, and UI standards
• Collaborate closely with developers, product, operations, and marketing teams
• Review implemented designs to ensure development accurately reflects approved UX/UI
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Design modern, high-converting websites for Teraleads and our clients
• Create landing pages built around strong UX, messaging, conversion principles, and calls-to-action
• Design complete website experiences from navigation and page structure to forms and responsive layouts
• Improve existing websites based on UX and conversion-performance opportunities
• Work closely with development and marketing teams to ensure designs support campaign objectives
• Design polished web and mobile application interfaces
• Create onboarding experiences, navigation, dashboards, forms, account areas, and interactive features
• Develop prototypes to communicate interactions and product behavior
• Design with usability, scalability, and real-world implementation in mind
• Create motion concepts and animations that improve product experience and visual communication
• Design micro-interactions, transitions, onboarding animations, and interface states
• Create motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, product demonstrations, and promotional content
• Understand how animation should support usability rather than simply being decorative
• Design social media creatives, paid advertising assets, campaign graphics, blog visuals, presentations, and other digital materials when needed
• Work with marketing teams to create designs aligned with campaign objectives rather than focusing only on aesthetics
• Understand concepts such as landing-page conversion, CTAs, user intent, visual hierarchy, funnels, and advertising creative
• Maintain brand consistency across product and marketing experiences

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience
• Strong professional experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, CRMs, web applications, or mobile applications
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Strong UX fundamentals including user flows, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, usability, responsive design, and design systems
• Strong visual UI skills including typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and consistency
• Proven experience designing responsive websites and conversion-focused landing pages
• Practical experience with motion design and interaction design
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and how design impacts conversion, engagement, and campaign performance
• Ability to work across product UX/UI, websites, applications, motion, and marketing design
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and defend design decisions when appropriate
