Full Stack Python Developer

Pioneering role building AI agents for insurance underwriting transformation. You will develop an Underwriter OS combining React/Next.js frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, and orchestrated AI agents, deployed on Azure with containerized CI/CD workflows.

• Building an Underwriter OS – a modern application that combines React/Next.js frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, and orchestrated AI agents to transform underwriting processes
• Integrating with policy administration platforms, tarification engines, DMS, CRM, broker portals, and Outlook
• Developing data extraction pipelines from broker documents
• Building prompt engineering strategies for insurance guidelines
• Deploying everything on Azure with containerized CI/CD workflows

• Minimum 2 years in Data Science/AI with at least 1 year of production deployments
• Strong React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI proficiency
• Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry expertise
• LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering
• PostgreSQL and SQL fluency
• Python libraries: pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow
• MLOps hands-on experience (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
