Scrum Master (Mid/Senior)

DataFeedWatch by Cart is looking for a Scrum Master to support two product teams. The role focuses on helping teams deliver predictably, removing impediments, using metrics, and working closely with Product Owners and Delivery Manager. The company is remote-first with a hybrid arrangement.

• Support two product teams (~14 engineers) working in Scrum
• Help teams deliver more predictably
• Spot where work gets stuck
• Remove impediments together with the teams
• Use metrics to drive better decisions
• Report to the Engineering Manager
• Work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Manager
