About the Position

We are a modern Ukrainian company focused on developing high-tech solutions in the field of security and defense. We invite you to join the team as a Technical Support Engineer (with DevOps responsibilities).

Responsibilities

  • Mentorship, technical support, resolving complex issues (Linux, Unix, Kubernetes, AWS, file systems, virtualization)
  • Creating effective prompts for interaction with artificial intelligence
  • Supporting and monitoring hybrid infrastructure (servers, Linux/Windows, Kubernetes, AWS, storage systems, backups)
  • Process automation, configuration management
  • Working with tickets
  • Creating documentation, participating in infrastructure development projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in administration
  • Linux
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Practical experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Knowledge of networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls), storage systems (NetApp, Pure Storage)
  • Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef, Jenkins) and GitHub
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python)
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
  • English level - from Intermediate.
