About the Position
We are a modern Ukrainian company focused on developing high-tech solutions in the field of security and defense. We invite you to join the team as a Technical Support Engineer (with DevOps responsibilities).
Responsibilities
- Mentorship, technical support, resolving complex issues (Linux, Unix, Kubernetes, AWS, file systems, virtualization)
- Creating effective prompts for interaction with artificial intelligence
- Supporting and monitoring hybrid infrastructure (servers, Linux/Windows, Kubernetes, AWS, storage systems, backups)
- Process automation, configuration management
- Working with tickets
- Creating documentation, participating in infrastructure development projects.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in administration
- Linux
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Practical experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Knowledge of networking technologies (DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls), storage systems (NetApp, Pure Storage)
- Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef, Jenkins) and GitHub
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
- English level - from Intermediate.
