Sales and Regional Operations Manager

Unique Media is a U.S.-based media and advertising company specializing in Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) solutions. They are looking for a Sales & Regional Operations Manager to coordinate the sales team and oversee operational development across U.S. regions.

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
• Monitor sales pipelines, negotiations, follow-ups, and new location acquisition.
• Onboard and support new sales representatives and regional team members.
• Ensure the sales team has the necessary information, materials, and operational support.
• Coordinate communication with potential and existing location partners.
• Oversee the process from securing a new location through screen installation and launch.
• Control installation schedules and ensure installations are completed according to plan.
• Monitor screen connectivity and activation, ensuring newly installed screens are connected and fully operational.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, technicians, drivers, location partners, and other internal teams.
• Follow up on technical, connectivity, and operational issues across existing locations.
• Support the launch and development of new regions.
• Track sales, locations, installations, and overall operational progress and provide regular updates to management.

• Experience in sales operations, project management, business development, or operational management.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate both sales and field/technical teams.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple locations and ongoing projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of processes from start to finish.
• English B2+ or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work full-time on a U.S. Eastern Time (ET) schedule.
• Experience in DOOH, digital signage, advertising, or a related industry is a plus.
