Commercial Operations Lead / Senior Project Manager

Reelly AI is a B2B platform in the real estate sales sector and a market leader in the UAE with over 74,000 registered agents. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Operations Lead / Senior Project Manager to manage the work of Sales, Support, and client onboarding, build operations around AI automation, and work directly with the founder.

• Manage the work of Sales, Support, and client onboarding: priorities, task allocation, deadlines, feedback, and oversight of results
• Build operations around AI automation
• Personally join client calls to conduct customer development and explore client needs, with the aim of identifying priorities for product solutions that can improve their experience of working with us and, as a result, increase the average transaction value
• Participate in creating products within the company, developing strategy and tactics, and prioritizing tasks

• An experienced Project / Program / Operations Manager who has already managed a team and been accountable for the final outcome
• Someone who understands how AI can deliver a tenfold increase in efficiency in practice and can demonstrate their own examples of organizing work this way
• Someone who understands product-based IT companies, B2B sales, and customer service
• Someone with English skills strong enough to independently conduct negotiations, handle objections, and document agreements in writing
• Someone with practical experience using CRM systems, building cross-departmental processes, and automating workflows
• Initiative, a constant drive to explore and learn, and very strong management skills combined with an analytical mindset
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Success, API integrations, or implementing automation will be an advantage
