About the Position

Reelly AI is a B2B platform in the real estate sales sector. We are looking for a Product Growth Marketing Manager to own growth across the agent journey: acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. The role involves product marketing, customer research, lifecycle communication, and experiments.

Responsibilities

  • Map the agent journey, interview users, and build useful segments around their needs, jobs to be done, and barriers to adoption
  • Turn positioning and messaging into onboarding, in-product communication, email journeys, feature adoption campaigns, and reactivation
  • Work with Product and Data/Engineering to define meaningful value events, improve instrumentation, and establish funnel and cohort baselines
  • Prioritize and run acquisition, activation, and retention experiments. Measure actual product behavior and sustained value, not registrations alone
  • Test relevant channels such as content, webinars, referrals, agency adoption, and partnerships. Use paid acquisition when the economics support it; prioritize the channels that work rather than trying to operate every channel at once
  • Connect campaign promises with the experience inside the product, and use findings from Commercial and Support to improve messaging and adoption
  • Use AI tools to speed up research and content workflows, with responsible handling of information and human validation of outputs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a product IT company and hands-on product marketing experience are mandatory
  • Bring 2–3 cases where you improved activation, retention, or feature adoption. Show the baseline, what you personally changed, the measurement period, and the result
  • Practical lifecycle/CRM experience: segmentation, onboarding, engagement, and reactivation communications
  • Confidence working with funnels, cohorts, and A/B tests, including interpreting results, uncertainty, and business relevance
  • Customer research skills and clear copywriting that translate user insight into positioning and effective communication
  • English sufficient to conduct interviews, write user-facing materials, and collaborate independently
  • Hands-on execution, sound prioritization, and the ability to work across functions while focusing on impact and ROI

Benefits

  • Direct collaboration with the founder and influence over decisions
  • Working at a fast-growing product startup that is already a leader in the international market
  • Experience in a field involving some of the world’s most expensive real estate, investments, AI, data, marketing, and rapid growth
  • A high salary, bonuses, and company shares. Full transparency and a young team
  • Opportunities for business travel: we have already launched operations in Thailand, Indonesia, the Maldives, Georgia, and other destinations
