DevOps Engineer

OTP Digital is building a modern mobile banking app for OTP Bank UA. They are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help product teams deliver changes quickly, stably, and securely by managing CI/CD, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, monitoring, GitOps, and service mesh.

• Help development teams set up and improve CI/CD processes.
• Configure and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in architectural and infrastructure decisions.
• Set up monitoring, logging, tracing, and debugging tools.
• Configure and maintain GitOps processes using ArgoCD.
• Work with service mesh and networking layer: Istio, ingress.
• Work with secrets management and PKI infrastructure: HashiCorp Vault, cert-manager.
• Help teams with troubleshooting, service stability, and production environment support.
• Work with message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar tools.
• Create documentation, how-to materials, and clear instructions for development teams.

• 2+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer, Operations Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
• Experience with leading cloud providers.
• Good understanding of containerization and container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for microservice architecture.
• Understanding of Grafana stack: Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo.
• Experience with relational databases and basic understanding of SQL.
• Understanding of continuous testing principles.
• Understanding of message broker concepts: topics, consumer groups, queues, lag monitoring.
• Basic understanding of security requirements, secrets management, and security practices.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation.
• English at a level sufficient for written communication and working with technical documentation.
