Staff Frontend Engineer

DualEntry is an AI startup focused on automating finance management through an AI-native ERP system. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you'll build and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Next.js, driving user experience and integrating closely with product and backend teams.

• Build, ship and own major parts of the product UI in React + Next.js
• Design and optimize interactive experiences that make complex workflows simple
• Work closely with product, design and backend to ensure seamless integration and clarity
• Contribute to architecture, performance, accessibility and responsiveness across browsers
• Help define our frontend system and component library as we scale
• Elevate the quality of the product through thoughtful details

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development with React (Next.js a strong plus)
• Solid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript: scoping, closures, context, prototypes, classes, etc
• Strong understanding of responsive UI, accessibility and usability principles
• Experience building and testing APIs; comfort with HTTP, Postman, and debugging
• Clear product thinking, eye for polish and attention to design details
• Fluent in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication

• Equity: $50,000 - $80,000 USD
• Base Salary: $130,000 - $230,000 USD
• 27 PTO days (including public holidays)
