Solution Architect - Commercial Finance

We are looking for experienced Solution Architects with a solid background in commercial finance, strong architectural design capabilities, and hands-on experience with modern technologies such as microservices, cloud (Azure), API services, and Agile delivery.

• Collect business requirements and translate these into process, application, information, and technology architecture.
• Motivate, inspire, and facilitate development teams to build solutions according to the architecture designs.
• Work closely with other Solution Architects and the Lead Architect to co-create architecture roadmaps.
• Monitor the execution of the architecture roadmaps by maintaining and coordinating the architecture backlog.
• Contribute improvements to Enterprise Architecture through cooperation with the Enterprise Architecture Community.
• Maintain the baseline architecture in the enterprise repository to meet modelling standards.
• Track emerging technology trends and suggest ideas to improve IT landscape.

• 3+ years of experience as a solution architect.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Information Science or related technical field.
• Certified in TOGAF ©, ArchiMate © (preferred).
• Excellent communication in speech and writing in English.
• Broad understanding of strategy and architecture modelling standards.
• Thorough understanding of financial industry including business models and processes.
• Experience in working in Agile/scrum environments.
• Experience with Microservices architecture, SOAP and RESTful (API) services.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Node.js, Vue.js.
• Experience with application development on cloud platforms like Azure.
• Experience with Business Process Management applications like PEGA.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and protocols such as OWASP.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management.
