Manual Test Engineer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate retail business workflows including billing, inventory management, promotions, pricing, and transaction processing
• Test POS systems covering payment processing, refunds, receipt generation, and device interactions
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects through to resolution using defect management tools
• Collaborate closely with development, business, and QA teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery
• Participate in test planning, test execution, defect triage, and release validation activities
• Ensure applications meet business expectations, usability standards, and operational requirements
• Strong experience in Manual Testing within Retail and POS environments
• Good understanding of retail business processes and workflows
• Hands-on experience testing POS systems and transaction-based applications
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Strong defect tracking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced project environments
