• Collaborate in a Scrum/Agile team to translate business processes into ServiceNow applications.

• HBO Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required, with CAD certification as a plus.
• Experience in application development.
• Skilled in coaching junior colleagues.
• Familiar with Scrum/Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in requirement analysis with non-IT users.
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., UML, ERD).
• Proficient in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
• Experience in creating functional and technical designs.
