Lead Appian Developer

We are searching for a Lead Appian Developer experienced in software delivery and quality engineering. This role is ideal for someone who has either grown into Appian development from a coding/DevOps background or brings strong experience in Appian combined with a delivery-focused, automation first mindset.

• Extensive experience in Appian development.
• Strong DevOps background with a focus on automation, continuous integration, and IaC
• Experience with SDLC, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (especially Azure)
• Proactive and delivery minded with a high sense of ownership and accountability
• Strong communicator, confident in surfacing technical concerns or timeline adjustments early
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and contributing to continuous improvement
• Strong focus on test automation, integration testing, and embedding quality in development routines
