(Medior/Senior) Node.js Backend Developer (Full-stack)

We are looking for an experienced Node.js developer with at least 5 years of work experience to work in a high-tech environment. The role involves both backend development and working with modern frontend technologies like Svelte.

• Developing and supporting web applications
• Setting up and enhancing Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) APIs
• Developing and integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL, OData)
• Optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and cost
• Contributing to architecture and technical improvements
• Refining user stories and drafting technical documentation
• Collaborating with architects, UX designers, and fellow engineers

• HBO working and thinking level in a technical direction (e.g., Software Engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience with Node.js, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript
• Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL and/or OData)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as Svelte, Aurelia or similar is a plus
• Experience with Vite, Testing Library, Cypress, Git, Linux and Docker is a plus
• Affinity with industrial automation or IoT is a plus
