Join our client as a Lead Design Systems Engineer, where you'll play a key role in shaping how modern, consistent user interfaces are built and consumed across multiple products. This is a senior, influential role combining hands‑on frontend development with technical leadership, ownership, and cross‑team collaboration.

• Lead the architecture, development, and evolution of a shared design system
• Own and maintain reusable UI components and patterns using React and Angular
• Define and promote frontend standards, best practices, and guidelines
• Drive adoption of the design system across multiple frontend teams and products
• Act as the technical authority for UI consistency, accessibility, and quality
• Translate design principles into scalable, production‑ready frontend components
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams
• Review code, mentor engineers, and provide technical direction
• Balance hands‑on development with strategic leadership responsibilities
• Continuously improve performance, maintainability, and accessibility standards

• Strong experience as a Senior / Lead Frontend Engineer
• Proven experience working with or leading design systems or shared component libraries
• Hands‑on expertise with React and solid experience with Angular
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities (leading initiatives, mentoring, influencing teams)
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, accessibility, and UI scalability
• Excellent communication skills across engineering and design stakeholders
