Backend Engineer for an AI Creator Platform

We are a senior engineering team hiring a backend engineer for a European company building AI tools for creators. The role involves building and scaling backend services for AI generations, working with Go, AWS, Kubernetes, and messaging queues. The team ships fast and engineers shape product features.

• Build and scale backend services for the lifecycle of AI generations: image, video, audio, 3D
• Run long, resource-heavy generation jobs reliably, with queues, retries and resumable steps
• Bring new models into the product quickly and turn their outputs into features creators actually use
• Work with AWS (EKS, S3, Lambda), Kafka or SQS, gRPC or GraphQL

• 5+ years of backend experience
• Golang (3 years)
• Kubernetes (2 years)
• AWS (2 years)
• English B2 or higher
• Experience owning parts of a production system end to end
• Fluent spoken English
