About the Position

Our client is a real estate technology company serving the Middle East and North Africa. You’ll join a small design team to evolve the existing web platform, shape a broader platform redesign and contribute to the mobile experience. The role is a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve end-to-end workflows on the web platform, and contribute to mobile when priorities require it.
  • Drive parts of the platform redesign with high-quality UI, clear interaction design and coherent user journeys.
  • Work with Product Managers to frame problems, refine requirements, explore opportunities and define scope.
  • Create user flows, interface designs and interactive prototypes, using Claude to speed up exploration and iteration.
  • Use research findings, user feedback and product data to evaluate and refine solutions.
  • Extend design-system components and keep them consistent and accessible.
  • Work with engineers through implementation, explaining interaction behaviour and design rationale.
  • Balance priorities across squads together with the design team.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience designing web and mobile products end-to-end, in B2B or B2C.
  • A track record of simplifying complex workflows while balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers and engineers.
  • Strong UI and interaction design skills, with attention to typography, hierarchy, layout, accessibility and detail.
  • Advanced Figma skills: components, auto layout, variables and collaborative workflows.
  • Hands-on experience using Claude for design exploration and for building and iterating on interactive prototypes.
  • You use qualitative and quantitative research, feedback and metrics to inform decisions.
  • You’re curious and proactive, comfortable working independently, and quick to adapt to new product contexts.
  • You communicate clearly in English and can present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
