Head of Infrastructure

We're hiring a Head of Infrastructure to lead and grow the Infrastructure Engineering function across DevOps, Systems, Network teams. The role combines strong engineering expertise with leadership, focusing on reliability, scalability, observability, and automation.

• Lead and develop Infrastructure / DevOps teams
• Own reliability, scalability and operational quality of production infrastructure
• Drive infrastructure roadmap and technical debt reduction
• Develop observability, incident management, disaster recovery and automation practices
• Participate in key architecture and infrastructure decisions
• Build technical standards and effective engineering processes
• Partner with Backend, Security and other Engineering teams

• Strong experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE or similar engineering teams
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, distributed systems, security and high-availability architectures
• Ability to go deep when needed, understand technical trade-offs and challenge proposed solutions
