About the Position

We're looking for a hands-on infrastructure assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing newsletter portfolio. You'll be working directly under an experienced Digital Infrastructure Operator, helping build, maintain, and scale the account and domain infrastructure that powers our publishing operation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and configure new accounts across platforms following step-by-step checklists
  • Manage browser profiles using anti-detect tools (Multilogin, AdsPower, or similar)
  • Work in batches of 5–10 accounts at a time, maintaining accuracy across the entire batch
  • Keep account credentials, statuses, and configurations up to date in shared spreadsheets
  • Flag any account that shows signs of instability — login issues, flags, or unusual behavior
  • Assign and validate proxies for each profile before going live
  • Run IP quality checks and replace any proxy that doesn't meet the threshold
  • Document proxy assignments — provider, type, geo, score, and which account it's tied to
  • Report proxy burn rate and flag when inventory needs replenishing
  • Register domains as directed and connect them to the correct infrastructure
  • Configure DNS records: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, A, TXT
  • Validate every domain using MXToolbox or equivalent before it goes live
  • Monitor domain health on a regular basis and report any deliverability issues
  • Perform daily checks on assigned accounts, domains, and profiles
  • Identify and fix small issues before they become large ones
  • Document every error — what it was, what caused it, what fixed it
  • Escalate anything outside your scope with full context — never just "it's broken"
  • Prepare technical assets for surrounding teams — links, access credentials, domain verifications
  • Route and track client or reader messages to the right team members
  • Update profiles, accounts, and tools as directed by the lead operator
  • Support onboarding of new newsletters by executing the infrastructure setup checklist

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience creating accounts at volume — social, email platforms, or similar
  • Experience using anti-detect browsers (Multilogin, AdsPower, Incogniton, GoLogin, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of proxy types and how to validate and assign them correctly
  • Working knowledge of DNS — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, A, MX, TXT records
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets at an intermediate level — filters, formulas, data validation
  • Experience with email infrastructure tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Basic scripting or automation — Python, n8n, Zapier, or Make
  • Experience with cPanel, Cloudflare, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with newsletter platforms (Beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit, or similar)
  • IMAP/SMTP configuration experience

Benefits

  • Multinational and intercultural experience
  • Corporate library
  • Work alongside a high-performing team
  • Strong growth opportunities
  • Exposure to cutting-edge frameworks and technologies
  • Competitive salary
  • Team activities (football, basketball, tennis, board games, and more)
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • 21 paid vacation days & 14 paid sick leaves
  • Work-life balance
  • Cozy office in Warsaw available anytime
  • Snacks, coffee, tea, fruits, and more
  • Supportive and driven teammates
