Senior Backend Developer (Node.js/NestJS)

Fans CRM is a comprehensive platform for professional management of OnlyFans accounts, helping creators and agencies automate routines, analyze data, and significantly increase revenue. The role involves building resilient systems in a challenging technological environment.

• Designing data ingestion pipelines resilient to sudden changes of shadow API structures.
• Implementing Circuit Breaker and Dead Letter Queue patterns.
• Developing high-load modules such as custom chats with hundreds of thousands of active dialogues.
• Fine-tuning the Event Loop in Node.js, Garbage Collector, and Streams to prevent memory overflow.
• Optimizing MongoDB and conducting zero-downtime migrations.

• 3-5 years of commercial backend development experience in Node.js/NestJS.
• Deep understanding of NoSQL and relational databases under high loads.
• Ability to critically evaluate neural network code. Empathy towards business and the ability to translate technical solutions into client experience and ROI language.
