Full-Stack Developer (AI-First)

HOLYWATER TECH is a tech company creating entertainment products at the intersection of human creativity and artificial intelligence. They are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (AI-First) to join their team and work on innovative projects that reshape storytelling and empower anyone to become a creator.

• Deliver MVPs quickly, within days rather than weeks.
• Interact across roles: product, design, data, infrastructure to deliver products.
• Automate routine tasks through an AI-first approach by building scripts, pipelines, and tools.
• Participate in the design and discussion of features considering product and business requirements.
• Develop new product features and support existing functionality.
• Implement and maintain A/B tests, participate in analysis and optimization.
• Optimize web application performance (loading speed, Core Web Vitals, UX).
• Ensure high code quality, adhering to technical standards and best practices.

• 2+ years of experience working with the entire stack: from frontend (Next.js including SSR, React) to backend (Node.js).
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify opportunities and propose solutions.
• Daily use of tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot as primary development instruments.
