• Build and launch AI automations and agent solutions under business tasks: from formulation to working prototype to stable version.
• Integrate external systems via REST API / webhooks: data exchange, triggers, status synchronization.
• Write Python services/scripts for automation, data collection and parsing, normalization/enrichment, interaction with LLMs and other APIs.
• Work with AWS for deployment and operation.
• Deploy and maintain local LLMs (when appropriate), selecting models for tasks.
• Implement quality control: prompt/context optimization, token reduction, model choice for scenarios, basic quality metrics.
• Regularly demonstrate interim results: show what works → gather feedback → improve quality and stability.

• At least 2 years of experience working with AI agents: quickly build pipelines, deploy to production, and achieve results (OpenClaw or similar approaches: LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Assistants/Tools, or bespoke solutions).
• Confidently work with integrations: REST API, webhooks, authorization (tokens/OAuth), debugging requests/responses.
• Use Python for automation: algorithms, parsing and data processing, integration with APIs, reliable logging solutions.
• Good familiarity with AWS (IAM, EC2, S3 or related services), understanding basic principles of access and secret handling.
• Experience in deploying local LLMs (Ollama/vLLM/llama.cpp or analogs): model selection, launch, basic optimization.
• Understand how to optimize token costs and quality for various providers (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic): context, caching, model selection for scenarios, length control.
