Fullstack + AI Engineer

We are looking for a person who thinks productively: understands why and what is being built and can make technical decisions without micromanagement. The role involves bringing MVP to production from the first commit to live users, designing and developing fullstack features, and building AI pipelines.

• Bring MVP to production readiness at any stage
• Design and develop fullstack features: API + UI + DB
• Build AI pipelines: ingestion → chunking → embedding → retrieval → generation
• Optimize RAG systems: hybrid search, reranking, query routing, eval metrics
• Integrate LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, local models)
• Write clear, maintainable prompts and function-calling schemas with versioning
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions

• Fullstack (must have)
• 2+ years of commercial experience with React + Node.js
• Proficient in TypeScript with strict typing
• Designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
• PostgreSQL: complex queries, indexing, transactions
• Basic practical experience with MongoDB and Redis
• Docker + Docker Compose: locally and in prod
• Practical experience building RAG systems
• Understanding of embeddings, vector store, cosine similarity
• Experience with Qdrant or similar vector DB
• Prompt engineering: few-shot, CoT, system prompts
• Function calling/tool use with any LLM provider
• Streaming responses (SSE/WebSocket)
