Tech Lead / Full-stack Engineer

OKKO is a leader in the fuel market and one of Ukraine's largest companies with a powerful digital ecosystem. The role involves active participation in development, technical leadership, and close interaction with Solution Architects within OKKO projects.

• Develop and provide technical leadership
• Actively participate in backend (.NET / .Net Core) and frontend (React) development
• Decompose tasks, provide technical assessment and planning of work
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
• Implement architectural solutions developed in collaboration with Solution Architect
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards
• Participate in the design of inter-service interaction
• Work with microservices and Event-Driven architecture
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of services
• Develop highload services and transactional systems
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and incidents
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architect, DevOps, QA, and Business Analyst
• Participate in technical discussions, Refinement sessions, and Roadmap planning
• Improve development processes, CI/CD, and Deploying

• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Full-stack Engineer
• Practical experience in .NET / .Net Core and React development
• Experience with microservices or distributed architecture
• Experience with highload or transactional systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, DRY, Clean Code, Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with REST API, inter-service communication, Event-Driven approaches
• Understanding the importance of writing Unit tests and ability to write code for tests
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of ACID / BASE
• Experience or understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitOps, Docker)
• Deep understanding of service security
