Senior Frontend Engineer (React/TS)

Empeek is an IT company that has been developing software for 11 years and has already united more than 140 specialists. We build advanced IT products in areas such as telemedicine, digitalization of medical business processes, and more. The project focuses on creating a platform for 3D immersive learning and simulations, where knowledge is conveyed through interactive scenarios rather than traditional text or video formats.

• Lead the frontend development of the Cloud Analytics Platform, ensuring a 'clean dashboard-first' user experience.
• Develop standardized dashboard types, transforming complex analytical data into clear, interactive visualizations.
• Implement the AI Query Assistant interface, including chat sidebars with streaming responses and compact inline charts.
• Build a specialized Split-View Editor for the AI narrative generator, allowing users to compare and approve AI-drafted reports.
• Optimize dashboard performance to ensure fast loading and smooth interaction with large historical datasets.
• Collaborate with the Backend Owner to define API contracts and ensure seamless data flow from the Metric Catalog.
• Ensure UI consistency across various export formats (PDF previews) and interactive web views.

• 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• Expertise in data visualization libraries (Recharts, Tremor, or Chart.js) and building complex analytical dashboards.
• Strong experience with State Management and API integration (RTK Query, TanStack Query, or similar).
• Proficiency in responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design systems, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with real-time UI updates (Streaming responses, WebSockets, or SSE).
• Passion for AI/UX, with an interest in building intuitive interfaces for AI agents.
• English level B1—B2 and fluent Ukrainian.
