IT Manager (DevOps Team)

We are developing a comprehensive platform for insurance companies that automates all aspects of their operations.

• Ensure stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the entire IT infrastructure of the company and customer environments
• Support and develop infrastructure for development teams: CI/CD, servers, databases, networks, cloud and on-prem solutions
• Participate in the implementation and support of infrastructure and technical projects for internal teams and clients
• Manage, develop, motivate, and supervise the IT team
• Develop, implement and monitor SLA compliance; report to the business
• Incident management: coordinate escalations, prioritization, communication with stakeholders
• Build IT processes from scratch or significantly improve them: ticketing system, reporting, regulations
• Budgeting for IT operations and projects
• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure
• Communicate with top management and corporate customers regarding the state of infrastructure and key incidents
• Coordinate the work between DevOps engineers and support units
• Independently identify operational problems and initiate their resolution

• 5+ years of experience in IT, of which at least 2-3 years in a similar managerial position or as a head/coordinator of a technical or IT team
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people
• Experience in drafting or signing SLAs, building reporting processes
• Experience in incident and escalation management
• Experience in IT budgeting
• Experience in communication with business or corporate customers
• Basic Linux and server-network infrastructure knowledge
• ITIL/ITSM practices
• Docker, GitLab CI - sufficient level for formulating technical tasks
• DevOps processes: CI/CD, deployment, releases - ability to correctly formulate tasks for engineers
