Test Automation Lead (Tijdelijk)

As a Test Automation Lead, you will oversee the testing and automation strategy in a complex domain where systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow converge. You will be responsible for establishing test automation suites for critical product and service flows, coaching teams in testability, and ensuring quality is integrated early in the development process.

• Develop and monitor a domain-specific test strategy focusing on end-to-end reliability.
• Establish and maintain automated test suites for critical product and service flows (API, Front-end, and integrations).
• Coach developers and stakeholders on testability and integrate testing early in the process.
• Take ownership of regression tests and provide release advice based on quality assessments.
• Translate production issues into structural test coverage to minimize future outages.

• Extensive experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Automation Engineer in complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of test automation tools and API testing, especially with Salesforce/ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong affinity with Agile/Scrum, DevOps principles, and Shift-left testing.
• Ability to see the big picture and understand how a change in one system affects the entire chain.
• Pragmatic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset, comfortable in a dynamic high-change environment.
• Capable of convincing various stakeholders (Dev, Ops, and Product) of the importance of quality.

• Full-time assignment in Rotterdam (hybrid execution).
• Initial duration until end of 2026.
• Salary between €6500 - €8000.
