DevOps

The role focuses on platform engineering and DevOps, working with a broad stack that includes Rocky Linux, Podman, Docker, PostgreSQL, and more. You'll have the freedom to influence architectural decisions and have a clear support structure in place.

• Understand the infrastructure, document services and dependencies, configure basic monitoring and alerts.
• Implement CI/CD via GitLab CI, set up zero-downtime deployment, automated PostgreSQL backups with validated restore, deploy chosen monitoring stack.
• Document infrastructure in Ansible, establish incident response, optimize costs, and close key bottlenecks.
• Automate provisioning of new clients/projects via InfraOps API.
• Build a disaster recovery plan with regular testing.
• Develop security processes including vulnerability scanning and access audits.
• Scale the platform with business growth.

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Confident user of Linux and troubleshooting, preferably in RHEL-family (Rocky Linux), Debian/Ubuntu background accepted.
• Experience with Podman and Docker, including docker compose in production.
• Configured CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI from commit to production.
• Written and maintained Ansible roles/playbooks.
• Proficiency in Python, especially for InfraOps API.
• Experience with PostgreSQL including backups, restore, and basic tuning.
• Monitoring tools experience with Prometheus + Grafana or equivalent.
• Web Server management with Nginx.
• Used HashiCorp Vault in production.
• Confident user of Bash and Git.
• Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTPS, nftables firewall.
