Software Engineer - One Frontend

• Work closely with engineering teams to develop a rigorous approach that provides early feedback and continuous improvement of application quality and release performance.
• Integrate state of the art software engineering and optimal tooling in the development and deployment process.
• Operate independently as part of the 1FE Team to ensure end-to-end system optimization through performance benchmarking, standardization, continuous testing and monitoring.
• Build and continuously evolve our Playwright UI testing framework and infrastructure that would allow functional, performance and accessibility tests to run in a self-service manner through awareness of latest innovations in tooling and techniques.
• Mentor engineering to use and contribute to the test infrastructure.
• Analyze release issues to understand the root cause of bottlenecks and propose solutions.

• 4+ years experience as a software engineer on cloud/SaaS platforms
• Deep knowledge of build infrastructure, CI pipelines, monitoring and analysis of various frontend functional tests (Github, nx, Sonarcloud, Datadog, AWS, Azure)
• Expertise in Playwright and its infrastructure, as well as running large scale UI tests in parallel across shared resources
• Working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular, shell scripting, Java
• Joy of doing RCA (root cause analysis) for incidents and solving build infrastructure problems
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Bias for action, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively with diverse fast-paced teams.
