Senior Backend Software Engineer, Voice Squad

Diabolocom is a leading European provider of AI-first, cloud-based contact centre (CCaaS) and customer experience (CX) solutions. We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to strengthen our internal engineering team, specifically in our Voice Squad, which manages the technical services ensuring high-performance processing of phone calls.

• 7+ years in software development
• 3+ years working extensively with Java/Kotlin/Go/C++/Erlang
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Proficiency in VoIP protocols (SIP, (S)RTP, WebRTC)
• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience in designing effective distributed systems
