Senior AI Engineer
About the Position
Simon-Kucher is building up a central Data & AI function to enable employees with AI solutions and build central AI use cases that ensure that consultants work smarter and better. As a Senior AI Engineer you will design and build and operate production-grade internal AI applications that embed Simon-Kucher methods into reusable capabilities, deliver secure and measurable outcomes (quality, adoption, latency/cost) in close partnership with AI Product Managers and IT Ops, establish foundational engineering patterns (testing, evaluation, observability, deployment) for the central Data & AI function and you will be a core implementation partner to the AI Product Managers, turning product roadmaps into robust solutions that can be adopted globally.
