About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js and Azure to take ownership of complex application development. This hands-on role is ideal for a technologist passionate about building scalable solutions while leveraging AI and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of application development across all stages from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Design scalable high-performance applications using modern architectural patterns
  • Apply AI technologies such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and development outcomes
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
  • Write clean, maintainable code and ensure comprehensive documentation
  • Perform code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices
  • Debug, troubleshoot and optimize software for performance and reliability

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with .NET and React.js
  • Proficiency with Azure and MS SQL along with hands-on usage of AI tools like GitHub Copilot
  • Deep knowledge of modern software architecture including microservices, serverless and event-driven models
  • Expertise with CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker or Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
  • Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
