Engineering Leadership - Platform Team

Join WeTravel as an Engineering Leader to own the infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience powering our travel technology platform. Lead the platform team, ensuring high availability and security for our services as we aim to support travel businesses globally.

• Architect and manage our AWS environment for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and cloud-native practices.
• Expand a reliability program and define platform SLIs/SLOs.
• Improve incident response and observability capabilities.
• Define the platform security posture and support compliance efforts.
• Build a world class developer experience with tooling and CI/CD.
• Oversee internal IT team for secure infrastructure.
• Grow and mentor the platform engineering team.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, containerization, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• 4+ years of experience leading and scaling platform teams.
• Proven track record in designing reliability programs at scale.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks in a SaaS context.
• Excellent communication skills to convey infrastructure complexity.
• Startup or scale-up mindset with a bias toward action.
